Frederik Lieberath is never content with repeating himself. He attacks each new commission and artistic challenge with the same fresh experimental vigor, never opting for shortcuts or easy ways out. His ambition goes beyond solving visual, artistic and commercial problems, continually in pursuit of new inroads for beauty, light, tactility, color and the art of seeing.

Frederik Lieberath was born and raised in Helsingborg in southern Sweden. He studied art history at the University of Lund before achieving a Master's degree in photography at the University of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. Lieberath spent the first twenty years of his career in New York. He now lives in Stockholm, working globally. His long list of clients through the years includes brands and media such as Apple, Armani, Asprey, Clinique, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ, Volvo and Bentley.
